7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the items that were discussed:

· Karen McDonald is the club’s new cleaning person. 

· The Board reviewed the income/expenses from the 2020 and year to date 2021 to plan for the upcoming 2022 year. 

7:30 pm – Meeting was called to order

Introduction of Officers:  Mike Cumberland- President, Chris Smith- Treasurer, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, James Hacke- Secretary, Roger Carfangia- Pistol, Mike Ripley- Black Powder, Tom Horstman- Trap (absent).

Treasurer’s Report: Chris read the report.

Bills and Communications:    Chris announced nothing new this month. 

Pop: Steve turned in $9.

Rental Committee Report:  Peggy turned in a $350.

Pistol Team:  Rodger took in $350, had expenses of $130, kept $67, and turned in $157.  Rodger said that the new indoor backstop is working great.  He said the air quality has been better since using the rubber instead of sand as the bullet trap.  The pistol team gathers on Thursdays at 5 pm to shoot 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team:  Jim reported that the winter trap league is approaching the halfway point next Sunday.  The trap range is also open to anyone who would like to come practice during the league.  It cost $3.50 per round of 25 targets and starts at noon and has been ending around 3:30 to 4 pm.

Black Powder:  Mr. Robert Wilson donated $500 to be added to the cabin fund.  A giant thank you is extended to Mr. Wilson for your continuous effort in helping the black powder division.   Mike said they will be doing the primitive deer hunt again this year.  If you have any questions, please contact him. 

Meat Shoot:  Mike reported for the months of November and December that he took in $400, had expenses of $200, kept $60, and turned in $140 to the club. 

Junior Rifle Team:  Mike Ripley is no longer running the Junior Rifle team.  Anyone that is interested in taking over please contact Mike or a board of directors.    

Archery:  The outdoor range bags will be removed and stored during the winter months.      

Fun Indoor Shoot:  The fun shoot is still on break until further notice.  They normally shoot every Monday at 10 am-till the shooting is done.  Doors open at 9 am.  Everyone is welcome.   .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize. 

Membership:   Brian collected a total of $3645, maintenance fund $400, general fund $3,255, key cards $260.  New members 124.  The current membership is 485 senior life/charter members, 665 total club members.

Old Business:  Kathy and Rich Hoover took the hall’s curtains home to wash. Thank you for your continuous work around the club.  There were no new nominations for Board of Director positions so all positions will stay the same for the year 2022.     

New Business:  Jim found the outdoor electric panel at the trap field laying on the ground after last Saturday’s windstorm.  Members of the trap team replaced a broken post holding the electric panel supports and remounted the panel.
